1. Use of the Service
You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise permitted. You agree not to misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or its systems. You are responsible for any content you submit to the chatbot.
2. Account & Access
Some features may require account creation. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect misuse, security threats, or violation of these Terms.
3. User Content
“User Content” includes text you input into the chatbot, feedback, and support messages. You retain ownership of your input. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to process your input solely for generating chatbot responses, improving system performance, security, analytics, and troubleshooting. We do not store full chat conversations on our own servers.
4. Use of Gemini API
Prof. Tasky uses the Gemini API (Google/DeepMind) to generate AI responses. Your input may be transmitted to their servers for processing. Data handled by Google/DeepMind is subject to their policies. Refer to Google’s Privacy Policy for details.
5. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect only minimal data required to operate the Service, such as your input text, device/browser information, timestamps, and technical logs (e.g., IP address for security). We do not store chat history long-term. Our full Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. Although we take reasonable steps, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for harmful, abusive, or illegal activities, attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the system, submit content that is harmful, misleading, threatening, or violates laws, or impersonate another person. Violation may result in suspension or permanent ban.
8. Intellectual Property
All branding, features, code, and materials provided within the Service are owned by Prof. Tasky or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission.
9. Service Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may be updated, modified, or removed without prior notice.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party tools (e.g., Gemini API). We are not responsible for third-party terms, behavior, or data handling.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. Your use of the Service is at your own risk. Some regions do not allow certain exclusions, so they may not apply to you.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, your activity poses security risks, or as required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
13. Children’s Use
The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is discovered, it will be deleted.

If you access the Service from another country, your data may be processed in locations where our systems or service providers operate.
